Refuses to open, just shows an ad for Linksys new products. I've used the app to manage my mesh network for years, and it's been great. But they updated the app and now it's garbage. Nothing works on this "app" once I'm at this screen other than the ads to buy new Linksys products. Even the "troubleshooter" can't reboot my router. It says I should unplug it. It lies and says my mesh network has no Internet access while the network nodes are all blue and I'm watching TV on mesh network data.

Loved my Linkys Velop mesh network from 3 years ago. Of course I get the old "end of life " email that I need to buy a new system. Ok. Got the Velop 6e Pro. Since then, app is glitchy, sometimes connects. Most of the time it says no internet and have to reopen the app 6 times before it finally loads. No updates available for app because I'm always checking for one with all of these glitches. Feels like you released hardware that's ahead of your app software.

A recent update seems to have broken the app. Now when you open the app, it tells you that the router has no Internet connection. But then if you run a router internet speed test in the app, it shows the connection is fine and running properly. But even after the test, the main summary page in the app still shows that there is allegedly no Internet connection. Using a Pixel 5a, Android 14, and EA8300 router. UPDATE: The March 18 app update has resolved the issue for me. Thanks Linksys!
