The app is good, but I noticed something that you need to fix. For instance when searching for laptops there is a summarised description and then after the store info additional description that the seller provides. On the website you can click "show more", but on the app it is not available, and this makes it quite frustrating for me because I have to constantly keep going back to the website to get the additional description which is often times very vital. So please fix this. Thanks.

Jìjì is a excellent app where buyers and sellers meet, discuss and transact seamlessly. The app design and navigation is great and varieties of products are listed for sale. However, one must be very careful when using the app as many fraudsters are disguising are sellers. And of course the app is always warning anyone buying not to pay or send money to anyone until products are physically inspected, satisfied and delivered.

For weeks now I have been requesting for a call so as to choose a particular premium package to subscribe for but the manager assigned to my account (cityproperties) is yet to put the call across. This is very frustrating and disappointing, please I want to know if the jiji team is no longer ready to do business let me know so that I can subscribe to another platform because even the app takes much time to open unlike before thanks.
