Used to be great. This used to be a fantastic energy app. Now it's just a muddled mess proritising pushing additional products. Update based on the reply from OVO. There's no outside adverts or pop ups. It's all OVO's additional products, boiler cover, solar panels etc, anything that requires me to give ovo more money. I just want to see my energy usage and how much it cost me in a simple, easy to navigate manner without having OVO's additional products rammed down my throat.

This app has been working great for me up until a few days ago. When I select usage I now cannot see the cost of electricity, I only have electricity with you as I don't had gas in my flat, where as before I could see the cost. I can see the cost on the week, month and year tabs. Thanks for a quick response to my request and fixing the problem.

Why can't I log in? My details are correct, my password is correct. How am I supposed to keep up to date with payments when it won't let me log in?? Tried again an hour later and it's not accepting my details or password. Oh, and on top of that, an annoying blue circle has appeared which keeps going round. Not a good advert for the app, which is becoming the most irritating piece of technology I've ever used!😡
